Gage Bystrom

Lead Technician & Consultant

Gage has always had a keen interest in technology and has been fixing his family’s computers since before graduating.

Working in phone and tablet repair since 2017, he joined the team at iDope in 2021.

Gage specializes in soldering and motherboard repairs.

In his free time, Gage enjoys finding software vulnerabilities for bug bounty programs, and playing video games.

Alyssa Reyes

Sr. Technician & Consultant

Alyssa has been a lifetime PC enthusiast, building custom gaming computers with her father as a hobby since she was a little girl.

Professionally, she’s been fixing phones and tablets since mid–2020 and has been working with Mac computers since joining the iDope team in 2022.

In her free time she likes going out on adventures with her family and her husky dog, or staying in and playing video games together on rainy days.

David

Owner / Manager & Consultant

David cut his technical teeth on the Commodore 64 in the early '80s has been building and programming computer systems since the early '90s.

A software developer with nearly 30 years of experience, David is at home with Mac and Linux operating systems. He previously specialized in application, embedded, and web development with IBM, Microsoft, and Honeywell Space, as well as numerous start-up ventures.

David and his wife Colleen are avid travelers. They enjoy board games (Settler's of Catan!) and are frequent trivia night contestants.
